Travel ranting
So, as it turns out I am going to Japan this May! It's been the only thing on my mind for the past two weeks, and although I keep on reading about it, all I can think is that my research is getting me nowhere, and today I'm finally feeling not so excited anymore. I want to see the nitty-gritty, the cheap, the not clambered up the walls with tourists. But how? I feel like since I have the time to prepare before I go, I should do more research, but this idea has finally phased me. I suppose I will just have to go with the wind and jump in, like I do with most of my life's adventures (and more generally, life).
On another note (and the most probable reason for blogging today), the GAS is down again. Thanks a lot, Steve. I noticed.

Wherever I want!
And by that I mean that I have places to stay for a few nights in Kyoto and Yokohama, and 10 days to fill of wonderous adventures, beer vending machines, and sleazy hotels.

I am jealous. I wanna go somewhere.. anywhere but here.
So.. do you have friends in Kyoto and Yokohama or are you gonna be couch surfing?
